You can exchange or replace an item through our Returns Support Centre if your return meets certain criteria.
What can I return?
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Dealsaround within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the Christmas season, items dispatched by Dealsaround from 1 November to 31 December may be returned until 31 January.
When will I get my refund?
Usually within 2-3 weeks of returning your order. After we receive and process your return, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.
Does Dealsaround offer replacements or exchanges?
Yes, we do. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item. If you’d like to exchange an item for something else, you can exchange for a different size or colour or for an item in your Basket. Just click on “Return Items” on the left and follow the instructions.
How Refunds Are Issued
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. In some cases, you may be offered an “Instant refund” option.
If you want to use your refund without waiting for your return to process, you can select the instant refund option, if it’s available. Instant refunds are either refunded to your credit card or issued as an Dealsaround Gift Card balance, depending on the instant refund type you selected. You’ll still need to return your items within 30 days.
Will I be refunded any return postage costs?
We’ll refund your return costs on items sold and/or fulfilled by Dealsaround, up to our standard delivery option cost, if:
. you received an incorrect item, or
. you received a damaged item, or
. you received a defective item, or
. you received an item that does not match its description, or
. you are returning shoes, clothing, jewellery or watches.
In accordance with your statutory rights, if you received an item sold and/or fulfilled by Dealsaround that is either incorrect, damaged, defective or does not match its description, we will either offer you the option to return the product, or, if that’s not possible and the cost of returning the item exceeds our standard delivery option, please Contact Us to receive a refund for any reasonable additional postage costs you incurred. Note that we may require proof of postage in order to refund such additional postage costs.
Do I have to return the freebie when I return a product?
Yes, the freebie has to be returned along with the product.
